  • If you want to, you can replace the stroller in your reservation with one of the pieces of baggage that you have reserved (carry-on or checked baggage) at no extra expense, as long as it meets the approved size requirements.

The total weight of your pet, along with the container, must not exceed 45 kg (100 lb).

  • It should be rigid, clean, waterproof, well-ventilated, devoid of wheels, and free from any items that could potentially harm your pet. 
  • Additionally, it must be scratch-resistant, equipped with an anti-escape closure, and have handles for lifting.

Length: should match the length of the animal from the tip of the nose to the base of the tail, plus an additional quarter of that length.

Width: should be twice the width of the animal

Height: should correspond to the height of the animal when standing, measured from the tip of the head or the tips of the ears to the ground.
